NDIS SDA Relationship & Participant Engagement Manager

Location: Sutherland Shire, Sydney

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate NDIS SDA professional to join our team in the Sutherland Shire. This is a unique opportunity to bring your SDA knowledge and expertise into a well-established and respected business, while helping us grow and strengthen our participant, provider, and investor relationships nationwide.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sharing your SDA knowledge and experience to support and mentor our property management team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers across Australia.
  • Working with SIL providers and participants to secure new tenants for our homes nationwide.
  • Collaborating with our investors to keep them updated and well-informed on tenancy progress for their properties.
  • Driving participant engagement strategies to ensure our high occupancy rates remain industry-leading.
  • Representing SDA Management Australia with passion, empathy, and professionalism.
