We're looking for an experienced and proactive NDIS Marketing & Engagement Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base through strong stakeholder relationships and effective marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be the face of NEW LIFE AGED AND DISABILITY CARE in the community — connecting with Support Coordinators, hospitals, allied health providers, and other key stakeholders to build long-term relationships. You'll also represent us at expos, networking events, and industry forums while ensuring our digital presence is always up to date and impactful.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Support Coordinators, hospital discharge planners, allied health providers, and other referral sources.
  • Attending expos, networking events, and community activities to promote RFM Services' NDIS offerings.
  • Following up promptly on leads and converting them into new clients.
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract NDIS participants, including digital and print materials.
  • Updating and managing website content to ensure it's fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Managing social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral such as flyers, emails, and presentations tailored to SIL/SDA participants and their decision-makers.
  • Analysing campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Manage property listings on NDIS housing portals (Nest, Housing Hub, Clickability, and others) and update as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, engagement, or business development roles, with at least 2 years in the NDIS or disability services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, SIL, and SDA service delivery is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships that generate referrals and leads.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management and social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $88,694.76 – $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
