We are trusted by more than 2,500 firms that utilise our services every year.  Our Client Services team have an integral role in the delivery of those services, ensuring the highest levels of technical accuracy, attention to detail and customer service.

Position

We are seeking a professional person with great communication skills to join our Client Services team. This person will join a growing team, reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, who are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing orders placed on the Acis platform as well as ensuring client expectations, across all of their interactions with the business, are met.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with and providing professional service to clients via phone and email.
  • Processing orders placed on the Acis platform.
  • Supporting other teams in the business (Legal, Production & Sales) to ensure client's expectations are met and, where necessary, clients are appropriately communicated with.

Technical and support training will be provided.

Requirements
