We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin and Scheduling Manager to join our dynamic team at Absolute Emergency Management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient scheduling of our team and clients, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the scheduling system for the company, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions with clients, staff, and attendees.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, answer enquiries, and provide updates on scheduled activities.
  • Communicate with attendees, confirming their participation, providing event details, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of activities and timely responses to client requests.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or scheduling roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and attendees.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software or systems, as well as general office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of emergency management principles and practices is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions: This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week. We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your personal and professional commitments. The role will be based on a hybrid model, giving you the opportunity to work primarily from home. Initial onboarding will require face-to-face training.
