Part-Time Warehouse & Admin Assistant

About Us

We're a husband-and-wife duo based in Cheltenham, running two growing businesses:

  • Northwear Active – A premium women's athleisure and loungewear brand.
  • Kingston Constructions – A boutique Carpentry company delivering Ultra high-end residential projects. Typically the homes are worth $20-$50M.

We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Warehouse & Admin Assistant to join us across both businesses. Primarily working side by side with Amy on a day to day basis

The Role

This is a part-time role hrs/week) that combines warehouse operations with administration tasks. You'll split your time between:

  • Northwear Active (approx hrs/week) – picking & packing orders, managing stock and assisting with warehouse operations.
  • Kingston Constructions (approx hrs/week) – supporting admin functions including invoicing, payroll, scheduling, and client documentation.

The role will scale to 40 hrs/week for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Northwear Active

  • Pick, pack & ship customer orders with accuracy
  • Manage stock organisation, restocking & inventory checks
  • Receive deliveries & complete quality checks
  • General warehouse and packaging tasks

Kingston Constructions

  • Manage emails & client communication
  • Prepare invoices, reconcile payments & assist with payroll
  • Support scheduling, leave tracking & team admin
  • Create & send SWMS and insurance documents to clients
  • General admin support as required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous admin experience (invoicing, payroll, reconciling, scheduling)
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Comfortable with technology, emails & basic accounting tools
  • Reliable, proactive & able to handle variety
