Job Description
- Provide scheduling services across diverse building projects especially support our Life sciences team.
- Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management.
- Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program
Qualifications
- Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
- Knowledge of Commissioning Qualification Verification (CQV) process on life sciences projects considered as highly desirable
- Knowledge of operational shutdown planning on life sciences, process or mission critical projects considered as highly desirable
- Experience in other elements of project controls – cost, risk etc. highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
