With ongoing growth across Australia, we're seeking a Scheduler who can help keep our field operations running efficiently and deliver the outstanding service our clients expect.
About the Role
As Scheduler, you'll be a vital link between our clients, technicians, and internal teams. Your role is to ensure our field crews are where they need to be—on time, fully briefed, and ready to deliver exceptional service. You'll split your time between our Vermont and Bundoora offices, supporting operations across Melbourne.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate job scheduling for plumbing, electrical, and maintenance works
- Allocate work orders and manage technician calendars efficiently
- Communicate job updates and appointment details to clients
- Monitor job progress and respond to scheduling changes or urgent requests
- Liaise with field staff and management to meet daily KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in simPRO and other systems
- Deliver a professional, responsive customer experience from start to finish
Who You Are
- Experienced & Organised – Background in scheduling, dispatch, or operations with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Problem-Solver – Calm, adaptable, and quick-thinking under pressure
- Tech-Savvy – Confident with job management systems (simPRO experience highly regarded)
- Clear Communicator – Professional, concise, and friendly in all communications
- Team-Oriented – Works well with others but can also operate independently
- Detail-Focused – Accuracy and efficiency matter to you
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or workflow management
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using simPRO or similar job management systems (highly regarded)
- Excellent customer service skills and confident phone manner
- Professionalism and reliability
- High school certificate or equivalent (administration or operations qualifications a bonus)
