A bit about the role...

Design is central to how we grow. We're looking for a Junior Digital Designer (Motion/UI) who lives at the intersection of motion and UI/UX - someone who can turn ideas into high performing ads, bring micro interactions to life, and ship fast with craft. You'll focus 70% on motion led performance assets (animated banners, HTML5 display ads, site micro-animations etc) and 30% on UI/UX support (components, states, pages).

You'll partner closely with Marketing and our Senior Designer to increase output speed, raise quality, and help scale the creative testing engine. If you love shipping, iterating, and learning what actually moves CTR/CVR, not just what looks pretty, you'll be right at home.

What you will own...

  • Lead motion-led ad production, including animated banners (HTML5) and micro-interactions, managing the full process from design through export, QA, and handoff.
  • Apply knowledge of Blender or other 3D applications to understand technical restrictions and guide decisions on what can and cannot be built effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the offshore design team, providing guidance and feedback to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of creative asset delivery.
  • Provide ad-hoc UI/UX support by designing components, states, and pages in Figma, and contribute actively to the ongoing development of the design system.
  • Partner with Marketing to run creative testing cycles, iterating on design variations to improve campaign conversions and overall performance.
  • Manage and maintain the creative asset library, ensuring all files meet brand standards, technical specifications, file weight requirements, accessibility standards, and platform compliance.
  • Shape the creative approach and contribute ideas that push the team's design capabilities, helping evolve workflows, processes, and quality standards across projects.

What we're looking for...

  • 1+ year in a digital design role (in-house, agency or freelance).
  • A portfolio showing past experiences with animations/motion design as well as any UI/UX projects.
  • Experience with: Figma, Adobe Suite, Lottie, Google Web Designer or similar HTML5 banner builder; Blender/C4D (basic) or Bannerflow a plus.
  • Specs & delivery: You understand file weights, formats, and platform nuances; zerodrama handoffs.
  • A performance mindset: You are equal parts creative and performance-driven. You are eager to improve assets in order for them to not just look more aesthetically pleasing but also drive higher CTRs and conversions.
  • Collaboration & pace: Clear communicator, comfortable with feedback loops, and happiest when delivering projects.

Nice to haves

  • Knowledge on building design systems or creating prototypes on figma
  • Experience in regulated categories (finance, fintech) and with accessibility standards.
