The Role

Milkman Agency is on the hunt for a fresh-thinking, big-ideas creative who can turn strategy into scroll-stopping work. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional creative work for our clients across all industries. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for conceptual and creative design. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

This is an initial contract position, with the potential to grow. We are looking for someone with availability to start in early September.

What You'll Do:


• Lead branding projects, ensuring visual identity aligns with the brand's vision and goals.


• Roll-out assets, from concept to final form - both print and digital


• Collaborate with the Account Managers and team of designers to create impactful, integrated campaigns.


• Ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.


• Stay ahead of design trends, bringing innovative and creative ideas to every project.

What We're Looking For:


• Minimum 4+ years of industry design experience, preferably in an agency setting.


• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of conceptual, branding, social, and creative design work.


• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)


• Understanding of digital marketing and designing for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, EDM's, Google Display etc.).


• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere) is highly desirable.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to clients and internal teams.


• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.


• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for finding creative solutions.
