We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role involves producing high-quality visual content for both digital and physical platforms with a strong emphasis on branding, marketing, product design, packaging, website and user interface experiences. The ideal candidate is skilled in visual storytelling, design software, and understands how design supports brand identity, user experience, customer engagement, and product appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and digital assets for web, social media, and advertising.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for websites, product packaging, and digital media that enhance product presentation and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain website layouts, banners, and promotional assets in line with branding.
  • Develop 2D/3D product mockups and promotional visuals for marketing and e-commerce.
  • Assist in UI/UX design for product interfaces and customer-facing platforms.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Edit and produce multimedia content such as animations, videos, and social media assets.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for efficient workflow.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Key Tasks:

  • Schedule multimedia design projects and manage timelines to meet marketing objectives.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present creative concepts in collaboration with marketing members and the graphic designer.
  • Research and analyze communication needs to design multimedia solutions that effectively promote RC drift cars, model collectibles, and automotive spare parts across digital and print channels.
  • Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, packaging, banners, newsletters, animations, and promotional videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Develop marketing materials, including online advertisements and promotional videos, to promote RC drifting products and track operations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor branding, and emerging design technologies to continuously improve MRC Plaza's visual communication strategy.
  • Creating digital images, video animations, and textual animations launches on different platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of new concepts and MRC OG branding initiatives.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and apply appropriate colour schemes and layouts for each project.
  • Work with external vendors and printing houses to produce design MRC OG Branding merchandise.
  • Testgraphics across various media, web banners, newsletters, and social media advertisements.
  • Amend designs after communication and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with MRC Plaza branding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Experience in both digital and product/packaging design.
  • Experience with website design (HTML/CSS knowledge).
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing multimedia and product design work is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

  • Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (Preferred)
