About the role

You will support the marketing & brand function looking after concept, design and production of digital creative campaigns for Spotlight, including the build and deployment of all EDM, digital, social and e-commerce assets.

Work in close collaboration with all Marketing functions (including Brand, Digital, Content and Studio) to execute the digital creative elements of our Marketing programme.

What you will be doing

  • Deliver visual communications that support the implementation of our marketing strategies
  • End-to-end creative development - encompassing the design and deployment of all eDM, social and digital collateral whilst maintaining a customer lens on all execution
  • Maintain high attention to detail with quality assuranceacross all channels
  • Adherence to tight deadlines, and delivery of quality, on-brand collateral at a fast pace
  • Managing the content for Spotlight across 4 countries (AU, NZ, Singapore & Malaysia)

About You

  • At least 2+ Years previous Digital Design experience working within agency or fast-paced retail design studios
  • Tertiary qualification in Visual Communication (Graphic Design / Multi-media) or similar
  • Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite including Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, XD, and a working knowledge of the Figma platform
  • Demonstrated experience in working across digital & social channels- Meta, Google, eDM, Display & E-commerce platforms.
  • Experience and an understanding of frontend coding (HTML)
  • Experience in basic animation (After effects, Animate or equivalent)
  • Previous experience with Insider Customer Engagement Platform highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management - concepting, presenting, producing high quality digital communications
