Role Description

·      Develop and execute a detailed migration plan from SP19 to SPO, preserving out-of-the-box functionality.

·      Configure SPO within ASD Secure Cloud boundaries, ensuring alignment with ACSC Essential Eight and Mint cybersecurity policies.

·      Design and implement integration between SPO and Content Manager (EDRMS), including metadata mapping and retention rules.

·      Establish SPO architecture to support collaboration, content discovery, and future Microsoft Teams and Copilot integration.

·      Conduct stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and training support.

·      Ensure compliance with Mint policies on information security, IT access, and data management.

·      Provide technical documentation, risk assessments, and post-migration validation.

Required

·      Minimum 5 years' experience in SharePoint migration and M365 implementation.

·      Proven experience with SharePoint Online configuration, governance, and security.

·      Demonstrated knowledge of ASD Secure Cloud principles and ACSC Essential Eight.

·      Experience integrating SPO with Content Manager or similar EDRMS platforms.

·      Strong understanding of Australian Government information management and cybersecurity frameworks.

·      Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot readiness.

·      Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

·      Active Baseline Security Clearance.

Desirable

  • Experience with Castlepoint or other middleware for EDRMS integration.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Azure.
  • Experience working in federal government or regulated environments.
