The Community Safety and Amenity Department consist of four teams: Community Laws, Public Health, Business Support and Contracts & Strategy. The primary role of these teams is to ensure that regulatory controls are complied with to help Monash residents enjoy amenity, maintain a safe environment and manage issues that may cause a nuisance.
About The Position
The Business Support Officer is a valued team member within our Business Support Team that effectively support customers and the department`s programs and business units
Skills And Experience
- Experience in a fast paced administrative environment, preferably in Local Government.
- Intermediate to high level skills in a variety of software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and aptitude for new software systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of business and internal control systems.
- Experience in providing high quality customer service.
- Qualifications in, or working towards a qualification in, office management or business administration.

- Satisfactory National Police Check
