Are you a bold decision-maker, a motivator of people, and a numbers-driven leader who thrives under pressure — we want you behind the wheel. We're looking for an experienced a General Sales Manager to take the wheel of our dealership operations and steer our business to the next level.

We're looking for the right GSM to lead from the front and drive our next stage of growth.

  • Proven experience in a General Sales Manager role (automotive industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Confidence managing customer engagement across digital platforms and social media
  • A relentless drive for results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experience

What You Will Do

  • Lead: Inspire and manage sales, Aftermarket, service, F&I, and operations teams to deliver world-class performance.
  • Strategize: Develop bold plans to grow market share, improve profitability, and elevate the customer journey.
  • Execute: Run a tight ship — from inventory management and compliance to staff development and cost control.
  • Analyse: Track KPIs, P&Ls, and performance data to make smart, fast decisions that move the needle.
  • Grow: Coach, mentor, and build a winning culture that's all about results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dealership or automotive business
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales, with support from the service teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Deep understanding of sales, service, F&I, Aftermarket and fixed ops
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong business acumen and P&L management experience
  • QLD Vehicle Sales License (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred)

Working hours:

Full-time, city-based position

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
