This role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional or a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service looking to build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a brand ambassador representative, you expertly guiding customers through our exciting vehicle range.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry and test drive to final vehicle delivery, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes comply with company standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • A genuine passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and administrative tasks.
  • A current QLD Driver's Licence.
  • The ability to obtain a QLD Motor Dealer Salesperson Licence.

Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential for a candidate who demonstrates exceptional potential and a strong commitment to learning.
