We are looking for an Sales Representative to join our Flow Division team in Australia .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Administration of warrenty processes
  • Provide technical engineering guidance
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team including but not limited to quotation of small pumps, mixers, aerators and spare parts.
  • Assist the Tendering Team in the preparation of tender bids.
  • Provide basic technical support and spare parts/replacement quotations to the Service Team.
  • Ensure error free transfer of purchase orders to Sales Order Processing Department. Ensure all necessary measures are taken to ensure that commercial obligations and commitments are in full compliance with group financial and compliance policies.
  • Preparation of quotation reports.
  • Keep abreast of technical information on all internal as well as related third party products.
  • Ensuring all sales processes and tools are being used properly and accurately.
  • Ensuring that there is prompt and good quality follows ups on customer requests and complaints.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in Technical Support
  • Experience in an Engineering background
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
