The Company and Role

A proven Project Manager in Sydney's commercial construction industry, you will have a demonstrable history of delivering new build commercial construction projects up to and above $20M. D&C experience is a must and you will have a positive attitude that lends itself to developing key relationships with your project team, consultants and clients.

Supported by a well resourced team, you will have a good commercial background and have the ability to value engineer projects with your clients. Working with leading industry systems, you will have a dedicated CA on your projects at minimum dependent on project size and a Cadet.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will be a proven Project Manager within the Sydney construction industry managing new build commercial projects in excess of $20M - Industrial, Health, Schools and Retail will be looked upon highly. No Residential.
  • Experience on projects $20M+ NEW BUILD and HEAVY RE FURB
  • The business is non-egotistical - you will be professional & friendly in outlook and looking for a stable employer who can offer longevity of work
  • You will be a team player who develops relationships with your project team, clients and consultants
  • You will have D&C delivery experience - Essential
  • You will be collaborative, have strong programming skills and your construction knowledge will be valued helping with any ongoing design development required
