Mondaa Group Pty Ltd, a leading construction services company specialising in steel fixing and post-tensioning, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Builder to join our team.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated Project Builder to oversee and manage our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organise, and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
- Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine construction requirements
- Estimate and negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary
- Coordinate with other subcontractors and site managers to integrate Mondaa Group’s services seamlessly into the overall project workflow
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Manage and optimise the use of Mondaa Group’s resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, across multiple projects
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Builder or similar role in the construction industry
- A building licence
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites
