**Exciting internal opportunity - Associate Manager, Logistics Operations**

This role has responsibility for** Logistics Operations for the ANZ market** which covers **Warehouse Management and Secondary Transportation**.

The role aims at delivering excellence in customer service at the lowest cost.

The position is the interface with the logistics service provider(s) (LSPs) and SCJ personnel to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction initiatives, meet aggressive budget expectations, and economize/right-size the material handling fleet.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Develop LSP partnerships and manage country Logistics performance. Interface of the country business needs to the Logistics function.

**Service**:

- Manage the LSP(s) to meet budget and operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure RDC(s) are operated in full compliance to all relevant SCJ and country legal standards regarding health and, safety, environmental, dangerous goods management, transport, GEN24 and import / export regulations.

**Cost**:

- Deliver budget expectations.
- Cost savings through sustainable continuous improvement.
- Deployment of global network modelling tools.
- Route to market optimization.
- External benchmarking and collaboration.

**People**:

- Develop deep functional and sustainable capability in Operations

**Customer**:

- Partner with Customer Supply Chain to ensure the business priorities are delivered in Logistics Operations.
- Provide analysis, insight and predictive measures into Logistics performance and business impact

**Regional Projects**:

- Undertake Regional projects in the Logistics function to improve the operational efficiency and/or increase the digitization of the Logistics function
