Student Wellbeing Leader

Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking to employ a Student Wellbeing Leader in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing January 2026.

The Student Wellbeing Leader holds a strategic leadership role at Living Faith Lutheran Primary School. This position leads the vision, direction and coordination of student wellbeing across Prep to Year 6.

The Student Wellbeing Leader has oversight of the Student Wellbeing Team, ensuring cohesive and proactive approaches to student wellbeing. They set direction, mentor and support staff, and strengthen family and community partnerships to enhance the wellbeing culture of the school.
