- Level 8, $103,400- $117,104 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation

**About the Opportunity**
Under broad direction you will lead the planning, development, management and evaluation of innovative and comprehensive projects and services, which support and enhance the student experience across our multiple campuses. The projects will be informed by the work area review and subsequent recommendations.
You will be responsible for oversight and strategic development of frontline servicing and enquiry management. As the Student Experience Team is the first point of contact for students, the services provided are crucial to student academic success, engagement and support.
**Y**ou will*
- develop, manage and implement projects that support the student experience, including supporting UniSC's course reading lists;
- provide innovative and proactive leadership for all staff in the Student Experience team; and
- lead and manage the provision of tiered student support services and the full portfolio of activities undertaken by the Student Experience team.

**About you**
To be successful in this position you will be a strong communicator, with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills including the ability to build rapport and credibility with and influence stakeholders. You have leadership capabilities to develop high performing teams across multiple geographical sites and excellent judgement in relation to decision making and problem solving in an academic environment.
**You will possess**:
- experience in policy and strategy development and implementation;
- the ability to develop and deliver presentations for information, education and training purposes;
- the ability to innovate and adapt to changes required in a digital environment;
- the ability to operate in the Microsoft 365 environment, including the ability to work effectively in a cloud-based environment using collaborative technologies; and
