About This Opportunity
As a part-time Account Support Coordinator, you will support the Product Account Managers and can have the opportunity to work with well-known brands and retailers while assisting onboard new brands, reporting sales results to key partners and providing general operational and administrative support to the product team. In this support role you will gain experience in all areas of client relations, marketing and sales, retail operations and much more. This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to kick-start or re-ignite their career in a dynamic retail environment, with plenty of scope to learn, grow, and develop new skills.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position. Flexibility to work from home and office. This role will be 22.5hrs per week. Days and times will be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities

  • Manage partner sales reporting and market data on a variety of topics including sales, marketing campaign outcomes, and stock/inventory.
  • Address day-to-day requests from the product team and other internal teams regarding gift card production, customer service, marketing and promotions, sales reporting and other aspects of product sales.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service to develop and provide information with new product launches in InComm retail distribution channels for both physical and digital gift cards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Product team with:
  • Partner marketing approvals, marketing calendars and sales results.
  • Assisting the team with operational requirements such as inventory levels and planning.
  • Completing customer support queries which may include troubleshooting card errors.
  • Co-ordinating new retail product set up and launches.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key partner contacts and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' related experience in either a customer service or support role or a combination of relevant education and experience preferably in a high energy retail environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and quick to pick up other internal business systems. Intermediate level of excel required
  • Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects & tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and passion to be successful and build on your skill set.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and approach
  • Relationship management skills for engaging with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to balance, prioritize and provide accurate troubleshooting and resolutions to retail partners and the partner account management team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in an ever changing, dynamic business environment.
