FIRM

This represents a great opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm is growing at a rapid rate due to the leadership provided by their Directors. The firm is proud of their relaxed culture.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

  • Support the accounting team
  • Client relationship management
  • Onboarding new clients
  • EA/PA duties
  • Managing workflow and deadlines
  • Implementing new systems and processes
  • Database management
  • Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Experience with XPM and Xero would be highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
