I'm working with a national builder to help them find an intermediate level Contract Administrator to work across a variety of fitout, refurb and structural new build projects in SEQ.

Their Brisbane team have 20+ staff members and are quickly growing - now is the perfect time to get your foot in the door and grow with them. They love to internally promote their staff and their internal culture is genuinely one of the best I've seen. They really value their team and their current employees can attest to this.

About You

  • 5+ years in a Contract Administrator role with a similar T2 or T3 company
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Local Brisbane experience across fitout, refurb and new build projects up to $30M
  • Strong organisation skills, managing multiple tasks and sticking to deadlines
  • Proven tenure in past roles is a must
