Workflow Systems Developer
.

This is a contract role

As The Selected Candidate, You Will

  • Design and deliver Microsoft platform solutions to support internal workflows
  • Apply systems thinking to map interdependencies across programs
  • Create visualisations and design plans for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop automation processes using Microsoft Enterprise Applications including Copilot Studio
  • Engage with stakeholders and respond to enquiries
  • Support system improvements and team objectives

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

  • Experience in Microsoft Studio/Agent design and workflow development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Understanding of AI principles and no-code environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

It Is Desirable If You Have

  • Coding skills (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience transferring knowledge on Microsoft Copilot
  • Recent qualifications in business process design or systems analysis

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with
Baseline security clearance.
