About the Role:

Turium AI is expanding its ERP transformation capability, and we're seeking a 
Graduate Systems Accountant
 to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level role for someone with a commerce background and strong interest in finance systems and digital transformation. You'll work with consultants, business users, and AI engineers to enhance ERP processes across government and enterprise clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Support business process analysis, mapping current and future-state workflows
  • Assist in configuration and enhancement activities across TechnologyOne finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Procurement)
  • Support creation of functional documentation, user stories, and requirements packs
  • Help with testing, including UAT script preparation, coordination, and issue tracking
  • Contribute to reporting/data validation work including XLOne / SQL
  • Assist in preparing training materials and supporting end-user adoption
  • Participate in project delivery activities — scheduling, reporting, and milestone tracking
  • Collaborate with Turium's AI team to identify automation and improvement opportunities

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Majors/minors in Systems, Business Information Systems, or Analytics highly regarded
  • Understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, budgets, approvals)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Interest in ERP systems, automation and digital transformation
  • Pursuing CA or CPA qualification is preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to TechnologyOne or other ERP platforms (internships, student projects, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools
  • Understanding of Australian public sector work environments
