Role Description

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Hospitality Trainer & Assessor to join our team in the Greater Brisbane Area. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll bring hospitality to life for students — from practical training sessions to mentoring and coaching. You'll assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and most importantly, help students gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their future careers. If you love hospitality and enjoy motivating young people, this is the role for you

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering hospitality training and assessment
  • A strong background in the hospitality industry, with practical, real-world knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to connect and engage
  • Ability to provide encouraging, constructive feedback that helps students grow
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality
  • Experience working with high school students is highly regarded
