Are you an experienced and passionate trainer in the field of Community Services and Aged Care? Brighton College is seeking a **dedicated Trainer and Assessor** to deliver the **CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support** qualification to our international students.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and compliant VET trainer to deliver both **face-to-face and online training** to international students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training for CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- Contextualise training materials to meet student and industry needs.
- Facilitate both face-to-face and online classes using platforms like Moodle, Teams.
- Manage and support students in completing work placements.
- Ensure compliance with RTO and VET standards.

**Essential Criteria**

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following:

- Hold **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or equivalent).
- Have **recent industry experience** in community services or aged care.
- Hold a **Certificate IV or higher qualification in Ageins support and Community Services**.
- Experience delivering training to **international students** in an RTO setting.
- Skilled in contextualising training resources to suit diverse learning needs.
- Experience finding and managing student work placements.
- Proficient in using **eLearning systems** (e.g., Moodle) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
