CTI is a leading education provider committed to delivering quality training and fostering student success. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our Hospitality Management team, delivering the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions for Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management courses
  • Assess and mark student assessments in accordance with the training package and CTI policies
  • Develop and update training resources to meet industry standards
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance learning outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and assessment documentation
  • Participate in course review and continuous improvement processes
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
  • Qualification in Hospitality Management (Diploma level or higher)
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a hospitality management role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate diverse student cohorts
  • Current industry knowledge and network in the hospitality sector

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a training and assessing role within an RTO environment
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms
