Fundraising and Services Administrator

Location: Ashgrove, Brisbane (1 day remote post-probation) | Full Time

As our Fundraising and Services Administrator, you'll:

  • Coordinate community fundraising initiatives and events, engaging schools, workplaces, and supporters.
  • Manage digital and peer-to-peer fundraising platforms and communications.
  • Support operational systems including CRM, IT, HR, office administration, and website content.
  • Assist with grants, acquittals, and government contract compliance.
  • Work with members to share impactful stories that drive engagement and advocacy.

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in fundraising, events, a customer services/retail/hospitality role, community engagement, or operations.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Confident communicator across diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
  • Basic data entry experience with CRM systems required.
  • Minimum Year 12 completion required.
