About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Mortgage Brokers Assistant to join our team at Mortgage Choice in Ashgrove, QLD. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the mortgage industry and providing exceptional customer service. As the Mortgage Brokers Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced team of mortgage brokers to find opportunities in the existing database and deliver tailored financial solutions to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting mortgage brokers with finding opportunities and booking appointments for brokers.
- Communicating with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a great customer experience
- Maintaining detailed records and client files
- Providing administrative support to the mortgage broking team
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and lender requirements
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the mortgage broking business
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using mortgage broking software and MS Office applications
- A keen interest in the mortgage and financial services industry
- Relevant experience or Certificate IV in mortgage broking or a strong desire to develop a career in this field
- Australian work rights are required for this position
