About the role

FujiClean Australia is seeking a proactive and hands-on After Service Expert to join our team in Helensvale, Queensland. This full-time role is essential in supporting our nationwide network of distributors who manage FujiClean's onsite wastewater treatment systems for both residential and commercial applications.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field—visiting various sites across Australia to identify issues, solve problems, and ensure our systems are running at their best. Whether you're new to the industry or bring years of experience, we welcome individuals who are ready to take initiative and make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Travel to customer and distributor sites to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of FujiClean wastewater treatment systems
  • Collaborate with local teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Deliver product training and technical guidance to distributor teams

What we're looking for

  • Interest or experience in field work, customer support, plumbing, electrical systems, wastewater treatment, or related fields
  • A hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in the field
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Open to learning and development, or ready to contribute deep industry expertise
