About the role
Helensvale Barbers' is seeking an experienced Barber to join our casual team at our shop in Helensvale, Queensland. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our valued customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
- Providing classic and contemporary haircuts for men and boys
- Offering expert shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Maintaining a high standard of personal grooming and presentation
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in hairdressing or barbering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Barber
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- A passion for the industry and keeping up with the latest trends and techniques
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including evenings and weekends
