What you'll be doing:


• Preparing cost forecasts, monitoring financial performance, and generating cash flow reports.


• Supporting financial reporting and ensuring clear communication of project scope.


• Preparing and managing subcontractor tender documentation, including schedules, scopes of work, and recommendations.


• Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.


• Managing progress claims and liaising with clients on head contracts.

What you'll bring:


• Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.


• Proven local experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial building projects.


• Strong knowledge of Australian commercial and legal frameworks.


• Sound understanding of building trades and construction processes.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
