About the Role
Fundit is on the lookout for a driven Car & Asset Finance Broker Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time opportunity is perfect for a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service along with exceptional sales results. With a strong pipeline of leads - all business is referred by Car Dealerships, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Directors networks and existing clients (no online leads) Offering an unbeatable commission structure, and a supportive culture, we give you everything you need to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Liaising with New and Existing Customers, Referral Partners and Team Members
- Working closely with clients to understand their finance needs and match them with the right loan products
- Managing end-to-end finance applications, from initial consultation to settlement
- Building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales KPIs
- Identify opportunities to grow and expand customer base/cross sell products (eg. Insurance, warranty products, refinance opportunities)
Who We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: Whether you've worked in retail, automotive, or any other sales role, we want you to show us that you've exceeded sales expectations. If you can close deals and build relationships, we want to help you do the same in finance
- Motivation and Drive: You're the type of person who doesn't wait for success to come to you, you go after it. At Fundit, we provide the tools and mentorship, but you bring the right attitude and ambition.
- Customer-Focused: Your ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success. It's not just about closing deals; it's about building lasting relationships that bring long-term success.
- Eager to Learn: While you don't need to be a finance expert right now, you must be motivated to learn and grow. With our hands-on mentorship, we'll teach you everything you need to know to become a certified finance broker.
- Willing to Travel: While we are office based in Braeside, there is times when you will need to travel to Dealerships and work onsite at referral partner locations across Melbourne.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cert IV. in Finance and Mortgage Broking desirable but not necessary.
