We're looking for a creative, results- driven Marketing Manager (Contractor) to help grow and scale several established Australian brands in the home service and product space.

This is a flexible, hands - on role for someone who's confident managing digital marketing end to end from strategy and content creation to social media management, Meta ads and email marketing.

You'll work directly with the business owners to plane, execute and manage marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence, drive engagement and support business growth.

We're after someone proactive a self starter who can come in, see what needs to be done and make it happen (working from home options as well)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Plan, create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) including setup, testing and optimisation
  • Plan and send email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar)
  • Track and report marketing performance
  • Work closely with the owners to brainstorm, plan campaigns and review results

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, social media management or brand strategy
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media growth
  • Confident using Canva, scheduling tools and email marketing platforms
  • Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work independently
  • Based in Australia, available for some in person collaboration when needed

Details:

  • Contract role: 2- 3 days (flexible)
  • Location: Hybrid - work from home with occasional in person meetings
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Pay: $60 - $75 per hour (depending on experience)
