Join the dynamic team and be a part of their brand evolution where you will be inspiring and leading a team of four. We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager with Brand experience who can bring professional expertise, a touch of humour, and creativity to the scene.

The client has already implemented a brand strategy and will lean on you to guide Marketing and Branding through the launch of new campaigns, product launches, marketplace share, inclusive of social events. You will be needed and very much involved in contributing to photoshoots and in-store marketing collateral for the new and exciting projects coming up

The South Yarra-based office is a hub of fun and energy which is perfect for fostering innovation and forward thinking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft imaginative Marketing campaigns that propel brand growth, leaving competitors in awe.
- Level up brand awareness and customer loyalty through targeted initiatives that create unforgettable experiences.
- Team up with the creative team to implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
- Form strong partnerships with external stakeholders to amplify their local area marketing and PR efforts, ensuring our stores and brand shine brightly.
- Master the art of budget allocation, making sure the key initiatives deliver a stellar return on investment (ROI).
- Unlock the potential of international markets through ingenious strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of our activities, learning from both successes and failures to shape future decisions.
- Tackle other marketing and administrative duties with finesse and a can-do attitude.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 5-10 years of Retail, Fashion, or Beauty experience, including project management and brand marketing expertise.
- Degree in Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Communication or related filed.
- Dazzle us with your exceptional presentation skills.
- Proficient in utilising essential tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, MS Office, inc Excel.
- Set high standards and consistently meet deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical skills for data implementation, problem-solving, and providing valuable recommendations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a dash of humour to keep us smiling along the way.
- Communication is key, to building positive relationships, influencing others, and negotiating with finesse.
