**MARKETING MANAGER**

The role of the Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and supervision of the marketing calendar, marketing campaigns, strategic initiatives and day-to-day digital marketing, public and media relation activities, along with influencer management. This role will create and manage all pieces of marketing communication across the business to ensure all content is 'on brand' and executed in line with planned schedules.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
Digital - Social
- Develop the affiliate content strategy with the aim of recruiting new content partners and delivering sales volume
- Develop and manage new social competitions to drive brand engagement and following
- Devise and maintain a system of metrics to measure effectiveness, reach and conversion of PR and social activity;
Brand /Marketing Communications
- Maintain and manage Brand Marketing plans and calendar including brand activity, Myer and other 3rd party affiliates
- Concept and drive creative briefs for all marketing content in line with current releases and trends
- Drive and manage the Omni channel strategy to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Including digital, social, in store, VM and PR.
- Concept and drive the marketing campaigns and shoots from inception to delivery based on ranges, promotional activity and key trend events in conjunction with the Brand Manager
- Work to ensure calendar, current events and seasonal trends are taken into consideration to effectively and proactively contribute to trend direction, maximising product placement and brand features
- Present and manage new brand partnerships and affiliations to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate objectives and briefing of marketing campaigns for digital, social and VM
- Enhance PR and Social agencies and influencer partnerships.
- Manage the budget spend across PR, Social and Marketing
- Manage PR strategy including coordinating any media events

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally**:

- 2-3 years of experience as in a similar role.
- Experience working in **fashion apparel** is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of **social media** platforms.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing.
- Strong relationship building with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be fashion-forward** **and have an eye for **detail.
