**About the role**
The Marketing Manager is tasked with planning and executing marketing tactics across multiple channels that accelerate growth, user adoption and success for prospects and customers. In this role, you will be a key contributor to rapidly growing reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and retention, impacting the entire organization.
- Execute multi-channel marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of Vivi in the Australia region while aligning with global teams and strategy. Serve as the main point of contact for our Australia regional industry-led events where marketing support is needed.
- Create, execute, and analyze marketing programs to activate, engage, convert, and retain multiple customer segments.
- Coordinate and collaborate on content and program development across the user lifecycle funnel: from acquisition through retention.
- Reporting daily and weekly results to management.
- Other duties assigned to accomplish marketing targets and initiatives
**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation and/or event/field marketing
- Data-driven with experience with marketing/sales technologies, including analytics tools, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms (eg: Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc).
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing skills, and strong attention to detail
- Global marketing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Comfortable in high-growth, innovative and fast-paced environments
- A team player who loves to collaborate with other people and functions inside the business
