Join our Property Management team

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Property Administrator to join our Management Team. The Property Administrator will be based at an asset in The Hills district working alongside a Senior Centre Manager.

Key responsibilities include:


• Working with and reporting to the Centre Managers on daily basis


• Coordination and collection of tenant sales turnover & commentary


• Providing comprehensive assistance for accruals at month-end including variance analysis


• Providing administration support to the centre management team


• Assisting with arrears management and implementing rent reviews


• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports


• Coordination of property maintenance and repairs, including contractor management and Rapid Induct, processing invoices, work orders and managing compliance


• Handling a range of financial tasks such as Budgets, outgoings reconciliations and reconciling tenant ledgers


• Management of tenant insurance records


• Maintaining tenant and landlord relationships


• Handling of emergency management training


• Managing enquiries from customers, tenants, client, and contractors

About you


• Real estate license or certificate of registration would be highly regarded


• Experience within the property sector


• Exposure to software platforms (MRI, Cirrus8 or similar) – Desirable


• Strong financial acumen


• Intermediate level of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word & Excel) - Essential


• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise


• Ability to communicate to the highest standard, being verbal and written


• Ability to work with minimal supervision


• Strong client/stakeholder management


• Hold a current NSW Drivers licence
