职位描述
- Market and lease available properties to prospective tenants
- Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential renters
- Manage lease agreements and renewals
- Collect rent and deposits from tenants and maintain accurate records
- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet all safety regulations
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local and state housing laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned

职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a leasing agent and/or property manager
- Strong marketing and sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Familiarity with local and state housing laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
