Sales Representative – Capital Equipment (Internal & External)

We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our small, friendly team primarily quoting capital equipment from incoming leads.


What the role involves:
  • 60-80% internal sales (in-office quoting, customer support & sales administration)
  • 20-40% external sales (site visits, account management & relationship building)
  • Preparing accurate quotes and proposals for capital equipment and installations
  • Working closely with the team to deliver solutions tailored to client needs
  • Managing and growing an established customer base, no cold calling

What you'll bring:
  • Experience working with or selling capital equipment (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of air systems/compressed air equipment or related industries (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage confidently with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and desire to be part of a tight-knit team
  • Excellent customer service skills - our aim is putting service back into the industry.
