About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative & Customer Support Officer to join our Perth team. This hybrid role combines proactive sales engagement with responsive customer service, ensuring every interaction strengthens relationships, builds trust, and supports business growth.

You will be responsible for nurturing client connections, identifying opportunities to add value, and driving process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure successful order fulfillment and after-sales support.

Sales & Business Development

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and generate quotations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support external sales teams by preparing proposals, processing orders, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

Customer Support & Process Improvement

  • Handle customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring positive resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order management, logistics, and service delivery.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and communication to enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management (B2B preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or customer service are desirable but not essential.
