About the Role

We are seeking an Internal Sales to play a key role in lead generation, sales growth, and client relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that supplies LGS Home Kits, Structural Steel, and Brickies Hardware to contractors and manufacturers across WA.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Process and coordinate sales orders, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
  • Offer after-sales support and resolve any customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously improving sales processes.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in internal sales with a strong steel background.
  • Established relationships with WA-based contractors and manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software for sales tracking.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to develop into a Sales Team Leader role.
