Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate treatments for our amazing dentists and hygienists/therapists.
  • Process patient invoices, receipts, and treatment quotes with precision and care.
  • Work alongside our specialists to ensure patients receive seamless and exceptional care.
  • Provide outstanding patient support, creating an experience that's as positive as it is professional.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist.
  • Strong organisational skills and a warm, friendly demeanour.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • A current Working with Children clearance.
  • Written confirmation of immunization as per NHMRC's The Australian Immunization Handbook.
  • Familiarity with D4W software.
  • Dental Assisting experience is an advantage.
