We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at a busy city practice.

Position summary:

  • Assisting the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and providing chairside support.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of dental assisting experience is required.
  • Sterilization and preparing instruments, setting up treatment rooms, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering general inquires, and managing the front desk operations.
  • Processing payments, verifying insurance coverage, and managing financial transactions.

About the applicant:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care.
  • Have a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain both.
