Are you passionate about dental care and looking to join a dynamic and friendly team? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant and Receptionist.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinicians, contribute to clinical standards and infection control processes, and be part of a supportive team committed to excellence in care. About The Role
As a dental assistant and receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, flexible, and eager to be part of a caring and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance to clinicians, ensuring high clinical standards and patient comfort;
  • Oversee sterilisation and infection control procedures in line with ADA and WHS standards;
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and clinical equipment;
  • Support front-desk operations including patient bookings, recalls, payments, and health fund claims;
  • Welcome and engage patients with warmth and professionalism; and
  • Contribute to the refinement of clinical processes and quality improvements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a dental assistant, with sound infection control knowledge (certification highly regarded);
  • Strong clinical capability, reliability, and attention to detail;
  • We are looking for candidates who are not only experienced but also interested in developing leadership skills and contributing to the centre's clinical and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and patient care.
  • Flexibility to assist both chairside and in reception as needed;
  • Experience with OASIS and Examine Pro software is desirable but not essential; and
  • An interest in developing skills and contributing to the centre's clinical and operational excellence.
