**Special Care Dental Care aim to provide patients the finest personalised dental care. Holding a belief in preventative dental care for all patients, they work together with patients to improve oral health, cosmetic appearance and confidence. Holding a vision to exceed patients’ expectations in every way possible, the team are looking to appoint the key role of Dental Receptionist on a permanent part time basis.**
Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role will primarily act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the practice both in person and over the phone. With the primary responsibility of greeting and caring from all our patients and visitors to the Practice, other key responsibilities include:

- Booking appointments on behalf of patients/visitors
- Informing dental clinicians of patient’s arrival
- Ensuring patients receive all necessary paperwork inclusive of accounts and payment
- Making courtesy calls and sending out of patient reminders to patients

Likely Roster:
Monday 9am - 5:30pm
Wednesday 9am - 4pm
Thursday 4pm - 7:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm

Ideally suiting an individual with experience in working within a busy medical reception setting within Dental applicants with Dental Assisting experience looking to move their career towards administration are highly encouraged. Extensive training, mentoring, a competitive hourly rate and the chance for future progression within medical administration are on offer to ensure interest from stand out applicants.**
