Nestled amidst the serene eucalyptus of Heidelberg, Lower Plenty Hotel has been a beloved destination since 1858.

We're looking for someone who can jump in and hit the ground running, using their experience to seamlessly take on the role and keep things moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate will;

· Have solid experience and understanding of hospitality and food operations

· Demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly approach to customer enquiries

· Be passionate about customer service, with the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

· Show strong attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude

· Have experience in managing large teams with a "can do" attitude

· Be eager to further develop their skills in hospitality and function management
