Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced **Bistro Manager** to join our team at The Tower Hotel. If you have a strong background in bar, restaurant, or cafe work and are ready to help run our bustling bistro department, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily operations of the bistro, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with seating, waiting, and serving customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Helping with the set-up and smooth running of functions and events.
- Supervising and coordinating bistro staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the bistro.
- Assisting in training and guiding new team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or cafe management is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, with shifts typically running from 5pm-9pm.
- Availability on most Saturdays and evenings.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
